With the forthcoming entry of our country into WTO and the rapid economic develop-ment, as an important component of our social sciences, academic periodicals are all facing the re-form and adjustment. The general trend is, with the support of related policies and the guidance of direction, grade, quality and benefits, to suit and conform to the rules of market economy for survival and healthy development.
