Science and Intellectual Property at the Siberian Branch of the Russian Academy of Sciences

The economic development of countries today is mainly due to the production of high-tech products and the use of intellectual property (IP) in production. This article compares IP market development in China and Russia. Using the example of the Siberian Branch of the Russian Academy of Sciences, we examine the state of affairs with commercialization of intellectual property at Russian scientific research institutes.
