Design of Temperature Monitoring System Based on PSoC

The paper designs a temperature monitoring system based on the temperature sensor module Flash Temp built in PSoC chip CY8C27443. It briefly describes the characteristics of CY8C27443, as well as the structure and working principle of its internal temperature sensor module Flash Temp, and elaborates the hardware design and software programming of temperature monitoring system in detail. The system has advantages of simple structure, long-distance transmission, easy to read temperature, low cost, and has some practical value.
