Programa de intervención para la reducción de algias de espalda en educación física

2019
The aim of which being to implement a programme of intervention with an quasi-experimental study design with pre and post measures, using two different groups, a control group (n=18) and an experimental group (n=14), non-random in nature due to their being formed out of two previously established groups. In the pre measures there are no significant differences in any of the variables, while in the post this occurs for the statements: Does your back hurt? (p<.05), Do you feel pain in your spinal region? (p<.05), Do you feel pain in your lower back? (p<.05) and a Post Factor (p<.05). The increase in levels of back pain, its occurrence at early ages, its impact on the quality of life and the beneficial effect physical activity has in relieving it, have all combined to make possible the completion of this study It is confirmed that with the application of the implementation programme which has been developed, pain is reduced on the variables related to: back pain, pain in the spinal region, pain in the lower back and in the Post Factor.
