Clutch mechanism of a transfer tool which forms a film coat and film transfer tool forming a coat.

1996
Clutch mechanism for transfer tool film forming an outer layer, said tool comprising a feed reel (10) on which is wound a tape (T) transfer film forming the coat and take-up reel (11) for collecting the tape (T '') from which has been made the transfer of the film which has formed the outer layer having been used said tape, said supply roll being and said winder reel provided so that they are rotating in a housing (2) which can be held and manipulated by hand, cooperating take-up reel (11) with the feed reel (10) to synchronize in both coils (10, 11) feeding speed and the winding speed tape (T) transfer film forms a cover layer, being composed of at least one of the two coils (10, 11) transmission means of the driving force between u na part (12) of tape winding to wind the tape (T) transfer film forming the coat and rotary drive unit (5) to actuate and put in rotation to this part (12) of winding tape, and causing the transmission of the driving force transmitting means of the driving force using the friction force that is produced under the thrust load acting between the part (12) of the tape winding and the rotary drive unit (5), and being said driving force transmission connected and disconnected by the difference in torque between these two elements (5, 12); said clutch mechanism characterized in that the transmission means of the driving force comprise a portion (20b) axially coupling for coupling direct and axially portion (12) of winding of the tape and the rotary drive unit being (5), having each a predetermined axial length, and a friction element (30, 80) interposed in a state of frictional engagement between the axial end supreficies facing (21a, 31b) of the part (12) winding the tape and rotary drive unit (5).
