Method for detecting functions of thermostat of air-conditioning heating system

2012
A method for detecting a thermostat of an air-conditioning heating system is characterized in that a thermal contact of the thermostat is measured by a digital multimeter before the thermostat is tested, and the contact is normally closed; a heat sink gun is aligned with the thermostat to heat up the thermostat, so that the temperature of the thermostat is increased quickly, simultaneously, the temperature of the surface of the thermostat is monitored by an infrared temperature tester, a disconnection condition of the thermal contact of the thermostat is monitored by the digital multimeter, and the digital multimeter displays that the contact needs to be disconnected when the temperature reaches a set value; and the surrounding temperature of the thermostat is reduced quickly so as to reach the access temperature of the thermal contact of the thermostat, and at the moment, the digital multimeter measures the thermal contact of the thermostat and displays that the thermal contact needs to recover the initial closed state. The testing operation method is simple, required tools are few, testing expenses can be greatly reduced, a safety factor is large, testing elapsed time is short, the quantity of required personnel is low, debugging period can be greatly shortened, real-time measurement can be realized, and accuracy of measurement data is high.
