Ileum-operation in the treatment of ureteral calculi combinated with huge kidney pooled water of 106 cases

ObjectiveTo discuss the clinical experience about the treatment of ileum-ureter operation in ureteral calculi combinated with huge kidney pooled water.MethodsHave anastomoses outside of peritoneum between the kidney bottom and the top of bladder by using the end of ileum as drawn aisle of ileum after the operation of abstracting the ureteral calculi.ResultsThe patients of 106 cases were all living and the symptoms were improved rapidly.The signs disappeared.The assay of urine,kidney function and electrocyte in blood were basically normal.All cases are followed-up,no obvious complication,the patients had satisfactory quality of life,the effective rate of treatment was 100%.ConclusionsIleum-ureter operation is a kind of effective surgery for the treatment of ureteral calculi combinated with huge kidney pooled water.The operation can do its best to conserve the weak kidney and has the purpose of reducting the rate of kidney removal.
