The purpose of these studies is to understand the factors influencing for online Grocery Shopping and also understands the demographic factors which are influencing the consumer to buy grocery online. The study has been conducted in the Delhi area. An exploratory research method is used. Online Survey has been conducted for data collection. A structured questionnaire has been prepared for the collection of data which includes a demographic profile of customers like gender, age, and monthly income, frequency of shopping, and shopping sites used has studied. The sample consisted of a total of 117 respondents who do online grocery shopping in Delhi City. A convenience sampling method is used. The statistical tools Mann Whitney Test, Kruskal Wallis Test was used to study the relationship between factors and demographics. The factor analysis method has been used for data interpretations. The research and analysis of the studies show that online grocery shops factor-like product choices, availability of products, and delivery time options do influence by male and female shoppers. The Age of customers and availability of products online has a significant difference in online grocery shopping in the Delhi area. Marketers and Investors are focusing majorly on three suggested surrogated factors like Product Descriptions, Delivery, and Replacement of grocery online and Product choice & obtain ability.
