Environmental-protective water-base synthesized cutting fluid

An environmental-protective water-base synthetic cutting fluid is prepared by reacting waters soluble lubricant 1-10%, cleaning agent 2-20% and extreme pressure anti-scuff agent 1-15% with anti-rusting agent 0.3-2%, antibacterial agent 0-5% and complexing agent 0.1-0.5%. 1-7% composite organic boric acid ester and water are added into it. The 1-7% composite organic boric acid ester is prepared by reacting borate 20-30%, cholamine 35-42% and diglycol 8-15% with binary carboxylic anhydride 5-10%, nitride 3-10% and sulfocompound 1-5%. Its advantages include excellent chemical stability, lubrication, anti-rusting and anti-scuff performances, and rational formula.
