Parameters of transformation of a helically reinforced cylindrical pipe into a curvilinear pipeline

A design model of transformation of a helically wound cylindrical pipe preform into a curvilinear spatial pipeline is proposed. A helical pipe surface is considered as an example. Relationships for displacements, strains, and reinforcement angles are obtained. The components of forces and moments necessary for the transformation are determined.
