Replacing method for probe of automatic flaw detector

The invention provides a replacing method for a probe of an automatic flaw detector. The method comprises selecting 'local operation' as the WinCC computer operation mode, closing a water valve, individually raising a to-be-replaced probe, pulling out a probe lead plug, dismounting the probe and a frame fixing screw by using a wrench; pulling out a water pipe connecting a coupling agent water main pipe and the probe, using a fine rope with the length of 1 m to penetrate a probe supporting frame, tying one end at the pulled-out probe lead plug head, and lifting the old probe plug out of the supporting frame; installing a new probe on a probe support, connecting with the coupling agent water pipe, and connecting with a probe plug; adjusting the distance between the probe surface and the to-be-detected detection surface by adjusting the screw; opening the flaw-detector water valve; and calibrating the probe by using a calibration test block, and selecting 'remote operation' as the WinCC computer operation mode. The probe replacing method is simple, practicable and convenient in operation, is capable of shortening the replacing time by 20 min or more, helps to greatly improve work efficiency and satisfies requirement of on-site production rhythm.
