Epidemiology Character of Attention-deficit Hyperactivity Disorder and Conduct Disorder in Children

Objectives To explore the epidemiology character of attention-deficit hyperactivity disorder and conduct disorder in Children.Methods 2 188 children who were between 4 and 16 years old in Wuhan were selected subjects.All were assessed with CBCL(Achenbach children's behavior checklist) and diagnostic criterion of attention-deficit hyperactivity disorder rand conduct disorder in DSM-Ⅳ.Results The rate of ADHD+CD in male was 4.74%,the rate of ADHD+CD in female was 1.83%.The rate is significantly affected by sex,but it is not for different subtypes of ADHD+CD.No matter which sex,the rate of CD is raised once with ADHD.The rate of different subtypes of ADHD+CD was significantly affected by age.Conclusions ADHD+CD shouldn't be ignored in children.The rate of ADHD+CD is significantly affected by sex,but it is not for different subtypes of ADHD+CD.
