Quercetin effect on the efficiency of ovine oocyte vitrification at GV stage.

Abstract The widely adopted method of vitrification is known to induce some negative effects on oocytes. In order to enhance the efficiency of this process performed on ovine oocytes at germinal vesicle stage, vitrification and warming (VW) solutions, and maturation media were supplemented with 5 μM Quercetin (Q).
