Our Country's Modern College Regime Reform Dilemma and Its Countermeasures Thinking

China's modern university system reform is difficult to promote,one reason is that it limited by the government administrative intervention,the other reason is the university itself have many defects.Based on this,we choice the university non-administration under the guidance of scientific concepts and the university autonomy funded by government as the reform's routes,and recognize the relatively independent and closely contact dialectic relationship between government and universities to realize this reform.
