Full-bridged zero-voltage zero-current soft switch arc-welding inverter

2005
The utility model discloses a full-bridged zero-voltage zero-current soft switch arc-welding inverter. An assistant network is added to an arc-welding inverter, and the assistant network comprises an assistant transformer and two diodes. The assistant network makes the circulation current attenuate to zero rapidly, and the time of original side current attenuating to zero does not affected by the duty cycle, but the time is proportional to the maximum valve of the original side current and the original side current remains as zero, thereby overcoming the disadvantage that the lagging leg of low output voltage is hard to realize zero-current switch; the leading leg zero-voltage switch and the lagging leg zero-current switch can be realized in the range of full loads, thereby, the utility model is more suitable for high power switch inverter.
