PLACENTA PERCRETA AS A CAUSE OF UTERINE RUPTURE-A CASE REPORT

Uterine rupture due to placenta percreta is very rare with an incidence of 1 in 5000 pregnancies. Placenta percreta is the rarest form of placental abnormalities with 5-7 incidence among all placenta accreta cases. We are here with a case of placenta percreta presented as spontaneous uterine rupture with bladder injury. Emergency total hysterectomy with bladder rent repair was done. Patient was revived with multiple transfusions. Its being presented for its rarity.
