Discussion on the Humanized Management of Temporary Staffs in University Library

This paper introduces the recruitment,composition and working content of temporary staffs in university library,expounds the main features of temporary staffs in university library,and based on analyzing some problems existing in the organization and management of temporary staffs in university library,puts forward some corresponding solutions from the angle of the humanized management.
