In the footsteps of giants

How does one begin to be the Editor-in-Chief of the Journal of Bone and Joint Surgery (British Volume) , particularly when following in the giant footsteps of my predecessors? This is not a simple task. Our Journal is now in her 65th year and thanks to an interview committee in June, as of October
