Accesibilidad de las localidades del Estado de México a la red carretera pavimentada: un enfoque metodológico

This paper presents a methodological procedure developed for the evaluation of accessibility of towns located in the State of Mexico to the main terrestrial communication roads (paved highways). The calculations of accessibility were carried out with the support of the Geographical lnformation Systems (GIS). The results allow to compare the traditional analysis of accessibility, as a two-dimensional space, to the precision obtained when relief is incorporated.
