The invention discloses a system for recycling gas discharged from a gas turbine under low working conditions. The system comprises a gas compressor guiding-out pipe, a gas discharging valve, a one-way valve and a turbine guiding-in pipe, wherein one end of the gas discharging valve is connected with one end of the gas compressor guiding-out pipe; the other end of the gas discharging valve is connected with one end of the one-way valve; the other end of the one-way valve is connected with one end of the turbine guiding-in pipe; the other end of the gas compressor guiding-out pipe is connected with a gas compressor; and the other end of the turbine guiding-in pipe is connected with a power turbine.
