Apparatus and method for processing hardly degradable organic wastewater

The invention relates to the technical field of sewage treatment, in particular to a device and a method for treating difficultly degradable organic wastewater. The device mainly comprises an ozone generator, an ultrasonic generator, a gas-liquid mixing pump and a reaction column, and adopts the ozone-ultrasound-nanometer TiO2 photocatalysis coupling technique to treat the difficultly degradable organic wastewater. The method comprises: absorbing, mixing and dissolving the wastewater and the ozone by the gas-liquid mixing pump, directly sending the mixture to an ultrasound-nanometer photocatalysis reaction column, and making the wastewater fully reacted in the reaction column. The ozone-ultrasound-nanometer TiO2 photocatalysis coupling technique has the advantages of simple equipment and process, easy operation, no secondary pollution, and stable and reliable treatment effects, and the rate of removing COD[cr] reaches more than 90 percent, the BOD5/COD[cr] value reaches 0.63, the biodegradability of the wastewater is greatly improved, and the industrialized application is easily realized.
