This paper defines "Nature-based Tourism Resource Privatization (NBTRP)", and analyzes the opportunities and risks of NBTRP.The integrated impacts of NBTRP could be positive or negative. "NBTRP net impacts (NI) monitoring model" is created to dynamically assessing the NBTRP effectiveness.
