The invention discloses a piezoelectric energy-absorbing power generation system and engineering machinery which contains the piezoelectric energy-absorbing power generation system. The system comprises a power generation device and a control device, wherein the electricity generated by the power generation device is stored in an energy storage device or supplied to a power consumption system. The power generation device comprises at least one of a sound wave power generation device and a vibration power generation device, wherein the sound wave power generation device is arranged on a position, in which noises are generated, of the engineering machinery, and converts the noises into electric energy. The vibration power generation device is arranged on a position, in which vibration is generated, of the engineering machinery, and converts the vibration into electric energy. According to the piezoelectric energy-absorbing power generation system, harmful noises and/or vibration of the engineering machinery are/is converted into useful electric energy for utilization, and the energy utilization rate of the engineering machinery is improved, and power consumption and emission of the engineering machinery are reduced to a certain extent.
