PERAN KEPALA SEKOLAH SEBAGAI PENDIDIK DALAM MENINGKATKAN KINERJA MENGAJAR GURU

This research aim to description about Principals role as educator to increase teachers performance in teaching of SD Negeri 03 Delta Pawan Subdistrict Ketapang Regency including the lesson plan, studying process, and evaluating of study. This research used the qualitative approach by case study desain. Research location is SD Negeri 03 Delta Pawan Subdistrict Ketapang Regency which is located in Matan street, Mulia Baru Countryside, Delta Pawan Subdistrict Ketapang Regency, West Borneo Province. Data Source in this research are a principal and 24 teachers of SD Negeri 03 Delta Pawan Subdistrict Ketapang Regency. Data obtained by interview, observation of non participle and documentation. Data was analysed by three activity, that are reducing, presentation, and verification. According to the result of data analysis indicate that the principals role as educator to increasing teachers performance of SD Negeri 03 Delta Pawan Subdistrict Ketapang Regency good enough including the lesson plan, studying process, and evaluating of study.
