Increase requirements of accuracy of precision mechatronic units as hexapod demand accuracy from linear drive. Error reduction of linear drive seems impossible by the manufacturing methods only. In article we propose the method of individual calibration of all linear drives in a hexapod, and we propose inclusion and record the individual parameter of each linear drive in algorithm of control system of hexapod for increasing the accuracy level of a whole system.
