THE PERFORMANCE OF THE TURISMÓLOGO IN THE INFORMATION SOCIETY

This work approaches the importance of the services offered by the turismologo as a mediator of personalized information for the exercise of its profession. The article starts with the concepts of information society and refers to the role of the turismologo in the conjuncture that characterizes this type of society. Finally, the interfaces of its function with other professionals in order to attend the informational demand of its users are analyzed, feeding the productive chain of the information society.
