Method for producing auricular cartilage tissue, and auricular cartilage tissue

The present invention relates to a method for producing an auricular cartilage tissue by which an auricular cartilage tissue is capable of being produced which has a sufficient thickness and mechanical strength, and the auricular cartilage tissue which is produced by using the method for producing the auricular cartilage tissue. The method for producing the auricular cartilage tissue according to the present invention comprises the steps of seeding an auricular cartilage cell onto a non-woven fabric which is formed of a bioabsorbable material having an average fiber diameter of between 0.90 mum and 7.00 mum, and preparing the shape thereof by integrating the non-woven fabric in which the auricular cartilage cell is seeded with a mesh-like frame formed of a non-bioabsorbable material.
