A Study of Primary Generation Culture of Populus deltoides×P.nigra cv.Chile

Stem segments with buds from Populus deltoide × P.nigra cv.Chile were used as explants in primary generation culture,which were cultivated on the MS medium with different concentration of 6-BA and NAA.The results showed:MS medium with 1.0mg·L-1 6-BA and 0.1 mg·L-1 NAA was good for callus induction.The inductive rate could reach 98.7%.
