Study on vibration mechanism of boiler primary air heater and its affiliated duct

Aiming at the serious vibration of boiler air heater after replacement,this paper expounds the reason and mechanism of the vibration of air heater and its affiliated duct,proposes a method combing numerical simulation by Fluent and karman vortex calculation,and by which simulates and calculates the vibration reason.The result shows that the vibration is the coupling of standing ware frequency and karman vortex formed when air passing the heater.
