Analysis of the phylogenetic relationship of Ganoderma lucidum based on ERIC-PCR technique

The phylogenetic relationships between 9 strains of cultivation Ganoderma lucidum and a wild strains with technique based on ERIC-PCR.The results showed that ERIC-PCR technique could analyse genetic relationships of testing strains efficaciously and there was rich genetic diversity in strains tested.Cluster analysis indicated the genetic relationship between wild strain Gl01 and other cultivated strains was the farthest,followed with strain 212,then sequently,stains 919 and stain 717.The genetic similarity was up to 95% between Sk5 and 616,which implied that the two strains with different names were originated from the same strain.
