The invention relates to the technical field of high temperature resisting silicon rubber, in particular to a silicon rubber heat-resisting additive and a method. The silicon rubber heat-resisting additive is characterized by consisting of a main material and auxiliary materials, wherein the main material is polyorganometallosiloxane, and the auxiliary materials are silicon rubber, alkoxy-terminated methyl polysiloxane, methyl hydrogen silicone oil, fumed silica and inorganic oxide, and the formula comprises the following components in parts by weight: 100 parts of polyorganometallosiloxane, 0-80 parts of 107 dimethyl room temperature vulcanized raw silicon rubber, 0-80 parts of 110-2 methyl vinyl raw silicon rubber, 0-80 parts of 109 dimethyl diphenyl raw silicon rubber, 0-80 parts of alkoxy-terminated polysiloxane, 0-20 parts of methyl hydrogen silicone oil, 10-50 parts of metal oxide and 10-50 parts of fumed silica. Compared with the prior art, the new material improving the heat-resisting property of the silicon rubber of the invention has better effect than that of the original silicon rubber heat-resisting additive, lower production cost, less consumption and simple and convenient application.
