Ultrasonic motor controlling integrated circuit based on voltage controlled oscillator

2008
The invention relates to an ultrasonic motor control integration circuit based on a voltage controlled oscillator. A semiconductor chip is integrated by a voltage controlled oscillation circuit which is used for generating a rectangular wave signal within a certain frequency range, a frequency phase separation circuit which is used for generating a plurality of phase separation rectangular wave signals with given phase difference according to the received rectangular wave signals, a dead zone regulation circuit which is used for generating corresponding rectangular wave output signals containing low-level dead zone in an initial high-level zone according to the phase separation rectangular wave signals, an output driving circuit which is used for reinforcing the carrier capability on the rectangular wave output signals so as to form correspondingly output rectangular wave control signals, a DC offset circuit which is used for providing DC powers for all circuits. The ultrasonic motor control integration circuit has the main advantages that the ultrasonic motor control integration circuit can prevent the damage of the circuit caused by that the switch tube is directly conducted by an inversion switch power tube in a push-pull circuit in the ultrasonic motor as the turn-off delay a signal with the phase difference of 180 DEG may be directly used as the control signal of the motor switch tube.
