Operating Condition Analysis of Different Type of Crane Tubes for Oil Loading and Unloading of Rail Oil Tankers

2014
Currently, most petroleum products are transported by pipeline, but part of oil products are still transported by rail oil tanker due to geographical constraints and volatility of regional energy demand. The type and quantity of crane tube can affect the operating parameters when loading or unloading oil products. In this paper, the software was used to simulate loading or unloading oil products process in different diameters of crane tube, and pressure and velocity changes in crane tube, collect pipe and transport pipe were analyzed, which could provide technological and theoretical basis for loading or unloading oil products in rail transportation.
