Magnetic properties of FeCoV/TiZr multilayers studied by 3D neutron depolarisation and SQUID

The rotation of the neutron polarisation vector and the determinant of the depolarisation matrix are measured in grazing transmission through multilayers 60(FeCoV/TiZr) with various thickness of the TiZr sublayers.
