基于肯特指数法的低速风洞试验安全风险评估 Assessment of Low Speed Wind Tunnel Test Safety Risk Based on Kent Index Method

为定量分析低速风洞试验的安全风险,针对低速风洞试验安全评估样本量不足的实际,借鉴肯特指数法在管道风险评估的成功应用,结合低速风洞试验运行实际,通过改进风险评价模型、拟定风险指数评分原则和风险接受准则,建立了以肯特指数法为基础的低速风洞试验安全评估方法,并利用该方法对三个典型低速风洞试验项目进行了实例验证。验证表明,基于肯特指数法的低速风洞试验风险分析方法,能够通过定量分析的办法较好地评价出试验风险发生的可能性,为低速风洞试验安全控制水平的提高提供了技术支撑。 In order to making quantitative analysis for the safety risk of low speed wind tunnel test (LSWTT), considering lack of safety assessment sample of LSWTT, using the reference of the Kent index method application in tunnel safety risk assessment and the operating experience of LSWTT, by means of improving the risk assessment model, working out the assessing principle of risk index and risk acceptability principle, this paper built up the assessment of LSWTT safety risk based on Kent index method, which was used to verify three typical LSWTT project for example. The verification proved that the assessment of LSWTT safety risk based on Kent index method assessed the possibility of the test risk by means of quantitative analysis, and provided the technical support for improving the LSWTT safety control.
