The invention discloses a manufacturing method for a high-temperature resistant silicone rubber halogen-free wire and cable or sleeve. The invention comprises the following steps that: a. mixed glue refining, namely silica gel raw meals are mixed with an A set of sulfidizer and a B set of sulfidizer of platinum sulfidizer for glue refining; the proportion of the silica gel raw meals and the A setof sulfidizer is 600 to 1, and the proportion of the silica gel raw meals and the B set of sulfidizer is 60 to 1; the mixed glue refining temperature is below 50 DEG C; b. extruding formation, namelymixture after mixed glue refining is extruded and formed; the extrusion temperature is below 50 DEG C; the extrusion speed is 280 to 400 turns per minute; the pulling speed is 800 to 400 turns per minute; c. vulcanization, namely the formed wire and cable or sleeve are vulcanized; the vulcanizing temperature is 180 to 220 DEG C; the vulcanizing time is 36 to 45 seconds. The manufacturing method for the high-temperature resistant silicone rubber halogen-free wire and cable or sleeve solves the problems that flame-retarded silicone rubber wire and cable contain halogens and are not environment-friendly; no low molecule is separated out of manufactured finished products which have no peculiar smell; the wire and cable or sleeve are low in smoke and do not contain halogens under the conditionof combustion, and no harmful gases or harmful smeek is generated.
