Comparative FESEM, GISAXS and GIWAXS atudies of ZnO thin films grown in aqueous solutions

ZnO nanostructured thin films were prepared through wet chemical processing. The nanoscale morphological variations of ZnO structures in relation to the preparation conditions, including the role of substrates and the presence of organic molecules as shape modifiers, were studied by means of comparative FESEM, GISAXS and GIWAXS studies.
