This paper shows that the operating parameter of every self-evaporation is changed and the rate of change are difference,and the way of optimize self-evaporation system is that optimizing every self-evaporation adapts the dynamic change through analyzing the process of self-evaporation system of dissolving process.the self-evaporation system is optimized by parameter of process,selecting of equipment,allocation of equipment and automation of self-evaporation and so on.The system was worked steadily and the results of vapor saving was been distinct after the system was builded.
