Study on Relationship between Urbanization and Urban Land Price——Panel Data Analysis from 31 Provinces in China

The purpose of this paper was to analyze the changes of urbanization and urban land price based on the panel data of 31 provinces in China by regressing,relevant and effect analysis.The result showed that urban land price was highly positively correlated to the urbanization,all its parts were urban land price in nearly a decade under the influence of urbanization increased by nearly 23 times,the effect existed in the eastern,middle and west regions of China because of the level of urbanization.So we could control the land price by demand-led changes in the way of life of residents and harmonious development of urban and country.
