Spheroidizing annealing technology for wear-resistant double-metal lamination composite material

2015
The invention relates to a spheroidizing annealing technology for a wear-resistant double-metal lamination composite material and belongs to the technical field of metal material heat processing technologies. The spheroidizing annealing technology comprises four steps of equipment and air selecting, temperature rising, heat insulating and cooling. Due to the spheroidizing annealing technology, the formed organization of the wear-resistant double-metal lamination composite material in the rolling process is obviously changed, and the main organization of composite high manganese steel and the main organization of base low-carbon structural steel are each composed of pellet-shaped pearlite and ferrite. The mechanical property obtained through a test conducted according to Indoor Temperature Test Method of the first part of a GB/T228-2010.1 metal material tensile test is that ReH is within the range of 348+/-20 MPa, Rm is within the range of 513+/-20 MPa, and the percentage elongation after fracture is not smaller than 32 percent. Inward bending and outward bending of materials tested according to GB/T232-2010 are qualified.
