Perfil profesional de los trabajadores de ocio y turismo activo en Andalucía.

espanolLas actividades deportivas en el medio natural o turismo activo, llevan implicita un elevado riesgo, por este motivo se debemos contar con el personal cualificado, con el fin de garantizar un servicio de ocio deportivo de calidad. El objetivo de este estudio fue conocer las condiciones y situacion actual socio laboral de los profesionales del sector del turismo activo en la comunidad autonoma Andaluza. Los resultados que se desprenden del presente estudio parecen apoyar la necesidad de una regulacion profesional a nivel estatal o autonomico del Turismo activo, dado que encontramos un profesional poco cualificado mayoritariamente hombre y con una clara orientacion al auto empleo como autonomo. EnglishSports activities in the natural environment or sport tourism carry a high risk, for this reason we must have the qualified personnel, in order to guarantee a quality sports leisure service. The objective of this study was to know the conditions and current socio-occupational situation of the professionals of the sport tourism sector in the Andalusian region. The results of the present study seem to support the need for professional regulation at the state or autonomic level of the sport tourism, since we find a low qualified professional mostly male and with a clear orientation to self employment as freelance.
