Поиск эффективных способов выполнения приоритетных задач государственной стратегии развития физической культуры, спорта и туризма в Российской Федерации до 2020 года

The financial costs of the state physical culture and mass sport development are long-term and effective investment in human development and improving the quality of life of the population. In recent years, our country occupies one of leading places on the share of budget expenditure on articles connected with physical culture and sports. However, the effectiveness of these expenses is in doubt, due to the fact that the main cash flows are aimed at the development of high performance sport, and the volume of funds allocated for the development of mass sports reduced. In jeopardy were the implementation of the Federal strategy of development of physical culture and sports in the Russian Federation up to 2020, in terms of increasing the proportion of people regularly engaged in physical culture and sports up to 30% of the total number of citizens of the country by 2015. The article presents ways of solving this problem is to increase the efficiency of the educational process in the leading universities of Krasnoyarsk region. According to the authors of the article the students is the social group acting properly on that can achieve the stated strategy of the results.
