A sliding assembly for vehicle passenger compartment

The assembly (100) has a rail (120) sliding with respect to a carriage (110) along a longitudinal direction. The rail has two lateral cornices (121) with a connecting wing and an end wing. The carriage has two lateral slides (112) with a longitudinal slit (111) receiving the end wing in receiving position. Housings are arranged above the slit with respect to the wall, where each housing retains a ball. The wings come in support with the housings in receiving position so that the cornice roll on the balls and the rail slides with respect to the carriage.
