The invention discloses a foam drainage well bore simulation experiment device for a directional well, comprising an upper section of simulation bore body and a lower section of simulation bore body, wherein the upper section of simulation bore body is a fixed section of simulation bore body, the fixed section of simulation bore body is used for simulating the vertical well section of the directional well, the lower section of simulation bore body is an adjustable section of simulation bore body, the adjustable section of simulation bore body is used for simulating the directional section of the directional well, and the two sections of simulation bore body are in airtight connection by a flexible connection bore; and the bore opening of the top of the fixed section of simulation bore body is connected with a foam discharge pipe, a straight way type glass throttle door is installed on the bore opening of the bottom of the adjustable section of simulation bore body, and the straight way type glass throttle door is used as an entrance for airflows. The device of the invention is a brand new bore simulation device, can simulate the structures of bore bodies of different gas wells by changing the angle of the directional simulation well bore, and overcomes the defect of the Ross lather meter and other experiment devices that the production state of the gas well can not be simulated; and the simulation device simulates the well bore of the directional well from the aspects of airflow direction, ground temperature environment, deflecting degree of the directional well, and the like, and plays an important role in applying the process of foam drainage and gas production.
