The Latitude Prosthesis is a complex implant for human elbow joint with a great constructional flexibility, providing the possibility, depending on the intraoperative situation and the residual instability, to “move” intra-operatively from a non-constrained prosthesis to a constrained prosthesis by a piece attached to the component ulnar. This study aims to present the virtual modeling of the Latitude elbow prosthesis and of the human elbow joint-Latitude prosthesis assembly. The kinematic simulation of the flexion-extension and pronation-supination movements of the elbow joint-Latitude prosthesis–assembly are performed.
