Multi-criterion Forecasting Methods for Collision Points of Missile Defense Engagements

2019
The whole missile defense engagements can be viewed as an iteratively process based on repeated collision point forecasting (CPF) which showed that CPF is very important for the whole defense engagement. This paper was concerned with single/multiple CPF methods at different criterions. Firstly, we designed three forecasting criterions: furthest interception, nearest interception and max-probability interception. Secondly, we gave single collision point forecasting models at different criterions and transformed the unknown parameters of calculating formulas into values which radar can measure. Thirdly, for "shoot-look-shoot" case and "shoot-shoot" case, we established multiple collision points forecasting and optimization models at different criterions.
