Fuzzy Line Control and Simulation for Urban Traffic Lights

In this paper, based on the principle of decomposition-coordination for large-scale systems, a new fuzzy line control method for urban traffic lights is proposed. Computer simulations show that the results of control by using this method are satisfactory.
