The electric power steering pump assembly comprises a hydraulic steering pump, a driving motor and a steering oil tank; the inside of the steering oil tank is fixedly connected with the outside of the hydraulic steering pump; a filter element coaxial with the hydraulic steering pump is arranged inside the steering oil tank, and is fixedly connected with one end, far from the input end, of the hydraulic steering pump; the input end of the hydraulic steering pump is fixedly connected with the output end of the driving motor; the bottom of the steering oil tank is provided with a low pressure oil return port communicated with a low pressure oil return line; an oil passage is formed inside the hydraulic steering pump; the oil feeding end of the oil passage is communicated with the inside of the filter element, and the oil discharging end of the oil passage is communicated with a high pressure pipeline; the upper part of the steering oil tank is provided with an oil filling port; the top of the oil filling port is provided with an end cover; the top of the end cover is provided with a plurality of ventholes; the inner side of the top of the end cover is connected with a vernier scale. By the design, waste residue of oil is prevented from entering the hydraulic steering pump and the oil passage, and steering oil is convenient to replace.
