Capacitive touch screen display

The embodiment of the invention discloses a capacitive touch screen display, which comprises a first polarizer, a carrier-free (CF) substrate, a liquid crystal layer, a thin film transistor (TFT) substrate and a second polarizer, which are sequentially arranged; in addition, the capacitive touch screen display also comprises a capacitive touch screen sensing unit which is positioned on the surface of the CF substrate and faces the first polarizer, wherein the capacitive touch screen sensing unit comprises a first transparent electrode layer, an insulating layer and a bridging electrode layer, which are arranged on the surface of the CF substrate in turn. The invention has the advantage that the capacitive touch screen display is convenient to carry, higher in production efficiency and lower in cost.
