Spectrally controlled supercontinuum generation

We present here developments that offer photonic crystal fiber-based supercontinuum of unprecedented breadth (>2500 nm) and smoothness. The spectral coverage (350 nm- 3000 nm) and quality of this radiation is very appealing for biomedical applications.
